Rocking Chair Resort offers separate cottages ranging in size from one to four bedrooms. We have both standard and deluxe models.

Cottages
All 21 Rocking Chair Resort cottages are full housekeeping units ranging from one to four bedrooms. We accommodate large and small trips, family reunions, and corporate outings. Infant cribs and high chairs are available at no cost. All cottages are built for year-round use with efficient electric heating and air conditioning. All cottages are shaded by tall oaks and pines.

All cottages have complete kitchens with microwaves, ranges, refrigerators, coffee makers, cookware, and utensils. Dinette sets and placeware sets are large enough to accommodate the maximum number of guest each cottage is designed for, plus a few extra guests. Blankets, linens, and towels are supplied. We do not offer daily maid service but do clean weekly.

Each cottage is furnished with clean, modern furniture and color cable TV with remotes. Outside each cottage has its own Weber BBQ kettle, picnic table, lawn chairs, and many have an adult lawn swing. There is lots of room between each cottage for added privacy. We allow campfires, so each cottage has a fire-ring.

Pets are Welcome at Rocking Chair Resort
We are animal lovers so we know how important it is to be able to bring your pets. Pet charge is $9 per day to $50 per week, per animal. There's plenty of places to walk your dog, but please keep them on a leash!

Baby Sitting & Guide Services
We can arrange babysitter service. We can also arrange guided fishing trips on Norfork Lake, the North Fork river and the White river.

Cancellation & Deposit Terms
A $150 deposit is required for each week reserved. A $200 deposit per cabin is required when renting 3 or more cabins; the 4-bedroom cabin requires a $200 deposit. We will hold verbal reservations 14 days pending receipt of your deposit, the balance is due upon arrival. You will be charged for the number of days you reserved. In case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded upon re-rental of your cabin less a $15 handling fee. A $50 deposit is required on all boat rentals.

September 3 thru May 22th, get a 1 bedroom cabin and 60hp bass boat $729.00 + tax (based on 2 persons) no additional discounts apply. (Upgrade to larger cabins at a minimal charge).
Special #2
August 9th - October 4th, get a 3 bedroom cottage and 90hp pontoon for 7 days $1,295 + tax (based on 6 persons).
Special #3
October 4th thru April 5th, get a 3 bedroom cottage and 90hp pontoon for 7 days $1,195.00 + tax (based on 6 persons).
Back To School Special
August 9 through September 2 and May 23rd - May 31st - All Cottage rentals of 5 days or more will get the spring/fall rate.
Senior Special
Senior Citizens (over 60) 10% off cottage rates 4 night minimum. during Fall & Winter seasons.
2 Week Stays
10% discount on cottages and equipment rental for 2 week or longer stays.
Golf Special
Play 18 holes of golf with cart at Twin Lakes Golf Course, $25.00 per person ANYTIME of year.

Completely Furnished Cottages each with A/C, heat, cable color TV, fully equipped kitchens, microwaves, Weber charcoal grill, picnic table, and lawn chairs. Some cottages also have decks.
