Located 10 miles east of Mountain Home, Crystal Cove Resort is a vacation spot for fishermen, families, and for those who enjoy water sports of all kinds. It's a place where you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet in the natural surroundings of the Ozark Mountains.

Crystal Cove Resort is nestled among dogwood, redbud, large oak and cedar trees near the natural shoreline of Lake Norfork, Arkansas. Each individual cottage is spaced far apart to insure complete privacy.

Crystal Cove Resort offers clean, comfortable, housekeeping cottages with fully equipped kitchens including cooking utensils, dishes, linens for bed and bath, color cable TV, AC, electric heat, ceiling fans, microwaves, Weber grills, picnic tables, and screened porches. Some cottages have fireplaces too. For added enjoyment there is a playground, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and game room.

October is one of the prettiest months in the Arkansas Ozark Mountains with the colorful fall foliage, warm days, and cool nights. Fishing for crappie, bass, walleye, and stripers is good this time of year.

Policies
A $150 deposit is required for each week reserved. Telephone reservations are held 10 days pending receipt of deposit. Deposit refunded, less a $20 handling fee, only if cottage is re-rented. Advance reservations by week only. March, September, October, will rent daily (3-night minimum).  We are closed December to March 15th. Sorry, no Pets. Check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 9am.

Crystal Cove Resort has a modern steel 12-stall boat dock. It is well lighted, has electrical outlets at each boat stall, and a fish cleaning table. Pontoon, bass boats, and motor rentals are available or bring your own. One stall for your own boat, or aluminum fishing boat is free with your cottage rental.

Fishing Lake Norfork can be an exciting, rewarding experience whether it is fishing for largemouth or smallmouth bass, walleye, crappie, catfish, or ocean stripers. No closed season, and no mosquitoes! Guided fishing trips also available. With the high water in spring and summer of 2002, Lake Norfork had a record spawn, thereby fishing will be excellent for the coming years.

In Addition to fantastic fishing and water sports on Lake Norfork, Crystal Cove Resort is within a
few miles from golf courses, bowling alleys, tennis courts, roller skating, miniature golf, go-karts, movie theaters, churches, many excellent restaurants, antique and craft shops. There's the Norfork National Trout  Hatchery, and guided trout fishing float trips on the Norfork & White Rivers. Hiking and backpacking on maintained trails around the area of Lake Norfork and Bull Shoals. Other attractions close by are: Ozark Folk Center in Mountain View, AR, guided cave tours through Blanchard Springs Caverns and Bull Shoals Caverns, Dawt Mill, horseback riding. Branson, MO, has unique craft and quilt shops, outlet malls, Silver Dollar City amusement park, and numerous music shows. There's Bass Pro Shop and Wonders Of Wildlife in Springfield, MO. For scenic drives there's the Buffalo National River area, and Ozark National Forest.
