Unit Two - Sleeps up to 12, has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms
Like unit one, unit two has a split bedroom floorplan. The master suite is at one end, the other bedrooms are at the other end. Two full bathrooms have shower tubs with private entrances to two of the bedrooms. The master bath has a garden tub and a separate shower. Unit two has a new washer/dryer set in the laundry area. These are free use, not coin-operated machines.

The master bedroom suite has one King bed and a futon. Bedroom two has a full size bed and dresser, bedroom three has 2 twin beds and a closet, bedroom four has a full bed, a closet, and private access to a full bathroom, and bedroom five also has 1 full bed, a dresser, a closet, and private bath entrance. The bedroom furniture is nearly identical of that seen in the photos of unit one.

Open Kitchen Area
The kitchen has ample counter space for serving and preparing your meals. The dishwasher is next to the double sink. The full size new electric range has a conventional oven. Microwave, coffee maker, cookware, tableware, and utensils are furnished. Plenty of cabinet space provides grocery storage. The sliding glass door next to the dinette opens to the rear deck. The deck is also accessible from the laundry room area door.

Dining/Living Area
The living area is immediately adjacent to the dining area. (The fireplace is non-functioning.) The digital satellite TV system includes a VCR unit. The main difference between unit one and unit two is that unit two has slightly less living room area. This is because the space was used to add the 5th bedroom. Like unit one, unit two has an open floor plan between living room, dining area, and kitchen so mingling is free flowing.

Bedrooms with Full Private Baths
At the opposite end of unit two from the master suite are two bedrooms which each have a private full bathroom. The bedrooms each have a full bed, dresser, and a closet. The other two bedrooms are just up the hall. The private bathrooms are each accessible from the hallway, but the hallway doors can be locked so that entrance is possible only from the bedrooms.

Which Unit Is Best For You?
Choose unit one if you need to hold group meetings where you'll serve snacks or meals. While unit two also works well for entertaining, it does not have quite as much gathering space.

Unit two is the ideal choice if traveling with other families or group members because it has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. If you are having a small family reunion, holding a business retreat, or otherwise require more room for both lodging and entertaining, rent both units.
