Sleeps up to 10, has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms The master bedroom suite has one Queen bed and one futon. Bedroom two has 1 double bed and a dresser, bedroom three has a double bed, a closet, and a dresser, and bedroom four has 2 twin beds, a closet, and a dresser. The split bedroom floor plan places the master bedroom at one end of the unit, and the other three bedrooms are placed at the other end of the unit. The master suite has its own bathroom with a garden tub and a separate shower stall with bench. The second full bathroom has a shower tub. There is a one-half bath off the laundry area. |

Floor Plan Is Great For Entertaining This photograph of the family room area was taken from next to the TV. Behind the love seat is the dining area and kitchen. To the left of the dinette set is a large, separate living room with a sectional sofa and recliner. |

Kitchen Is Up To The Task! As you can see, unit one has a huge kitchen! The full size electric range has a conventional oven. Next to the double sink is a dishwasher. The counter area on the left makes a great place to set up a buffet. In the rear center of the photo you can see the washer/dryer set in the laundry area. These are not coin-operated machines! To the left off the laundry area is a half- bath. To the right is the exit door leading to the back deck and lawn area. |

Master Suite This photo does not come close to showing the size of the entire master bedroom suite! The door opens into the living room. From the foot of the Queen bed you walk into a large separate sitting area which has a futon in it. The sitting area opens into a very large walk-in closet. Both the sitting area and the walk-in closet open into the master bathroom shown below. The other three bedrooms are at the opposite end of the unit. All bedrooms have beds and furnishings similar to those seen here. |

| Which Unit
Is Best For You? Choose unit one if you need to hold group meetings where you'll serve snacks or meals. While unit two also works well for entertaining, it does not have quite as much gathering space. Unit two is the ideal choice if traveling with other families or group members because it has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. If you are having a small family reunion, holding a business retreat, or otherwise require more room for both lodging and entertaining, rent both units. Call us with specific questions.
