Army Corps of Engineer Regs
The Pigeon Creek Trail System is on U.S. Army Corps of Engineer property and therefore under Federal jurisdiction. Specific regulations, as set forth by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers pertaining to 'Parks', shall extend to all trails located within the Pigeon Creek park boundaries. If you have any specific questions not answered here, please telephone the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers public information office in Mountain Home, Arkansas at 870-425-2700.

The Pigeon Creek trail system is open year-round to bicycle and hiking traffic only. No horses or any kind of motorized vehicle are permitted on the trails. The cutting of any trees is prohibited, as are fires of any kind. Firearms are prohibited within the Park boundary. Littering is strictly against the law and carries a stiff fine.

Riding on public trails is a privilege. Do your part. Ride and hike responsibly. Common sense and respect for other trail users will ensure that this trail remains open for use by all. Do not Litter - Carry it out! Help make outdoor recreation safe and enjoyable for everyone. Please follow IMBA's rules of the trail. Your cooperation will help preserve trails and reduce user conflict:

2. Leave no trace
3. Control your bicycle
4. Always yield trail
5. Never scare animals
6. Plan ahead


Rest Rooms
There is no drinking water or restroom facilities on-site. The nearest public phone is two miles north on Hwy 201 at convenience store.
